GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NON-CREDIT-BEARING COURSE REGISTRATION FOR DCB INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS
These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and DePaul University and its assignees and agents. By using this website, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
The following payment methods are accepted on this website:
• Credit card
• Debit card
By providing your payment information, you authorize DePaul University to charge the payment method provided for the amount due. All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
DePaul reserves the right to cancel any registration upon reasonable belief that a purchaser has violated these terms and conditions. Purchasers may request to cancel a registration and receive a refund up to seven (7) days prior to the date a course is scheduled to begin. Requests to cancel a registration and receive a refund must be submitted via the Executive Education Cancellation and Refunds form. Refunds will be applied through the original form of payment and may take up to 3–4 weeks to process.
Refunds and Credits:
• More than 7 days prior to course start date: Eligible for a 100% refund
• Days 6 through 1, before the start of the course is not eligible for a full refund. However, purchasers may receive either:
o A 50% refund, or
o A 100% credit toward another section via a coupon code
• There are no refunds or credits after a course begins
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through this website is owned and/or licensed by DePaul University, its employees, and/or agents. Unless specifically stated to the contrary, transactions made via this website involve no transfer of intellectual property rights, whatsoever, including copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademark rights, or any other similar right recognized under applicable law.

DePaul makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind in connection with anything delivered or purchased via this website, and cannot and does not represent or warrant that the website and its server will be error-free, uninterrupted, free from unauthorized access (including third-party hackers or denial of service attempts) or otherwise meet your requirements. DePaul DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
